This is manufactured by Molot (Vyatskie Polyani) for the Vepr 12 shotgun. If you prefer AR-type collapsible stocks, but like the folding capability of the Vepr 12, this  adapter will allow you to do both. The forlder mechanism comes with the small parts (pin, spring and latch), so you don't have to remove them from the factory folding stock.
Some fitting might be necessary.
