This is an original Soviet production bandage. Unlike the more common bandages that come in paper wrappers and dissintagrate very easily, these are sealed in a rubberized material, which protects the internal content and keeps it sterile. The packet contains 2 sterile cotton pads, over 15 feet of gause and a pin. The dates are from the fifties.

Nice pieces of Soviet-era kit, goes well with my AI-2 kits.  Just be warned that these are quite old and may have faded or smudged writing (my 2nd one was fairly faded away, for the most part).
