Description
This is an original bandage type used during the Soviet-Afghan war period. Unlike the more common bandages that come in paper wrappers and dissintagrate very easily, these are sealed in a rubberized material, which protects the internal content and keeps it sterile. The packet contains 2 sterile cotton pads, over 15 feet of gause and a pin. One of the pictures shows this kind of bandage being stored in the stock of an AK rifle.

I have not open my bandage pack yet, but the outside is quite nice. Its covered in Russian text, and its nice to read and learn when and where exactly the bandage originates from.
