This fits up very snug to the rear trunnion of my 74/100.
I'm picky and I weld for a living, but just because I don't like what I see doesn't mean it won't shrug off a ballbat (let alone recoil)for you.
Doesn't lock forward in the folded position, but you could easily make a catch around the tubing if you wanted.
If you want a rigid, and rapidly deployable swing-out stock, this is it.
RussianSurplus.net's Customer Service promptly addressed a slight typo on my part, and had it shipped without delay.
Overall, very satisfied with my first purchase.
