Price was high for the quality bakelite I received. Lots of scuffs and very worn. Disappointed with the mag I received seeing some people got very good condition mags...

Great buy, great magazine

I purchased a bakelite AK47 mag with metal reinforced feed lips that was said to be used. I guess the very minor scuff ,mark toward the top of the mag qualified it as being used, but other than that VERY hard to see VERY minor scuffing the mag appeared to be in like new condition inside and out. FINALLY got a bakelite and at a decent price with ROCKET DELIVERY!!

Looks like I purchased the last one, hopefully another batch will become available in the future.
The magazine arrived very quickly, was packaged appropriately, and is in excellent condition. I purchased the "hand select" service for $10, although in retrospect this may have been an unnecessary purchase because if this was the last magazine in stock, then it would not have been possible to "select the best of 5" as described in the Hand Select service. Regardless, the magazine is perfect - exactly as described and extremely similar to the photograph examples.
It is very clear to me that Alex is trustworthy and very detail-oriented. Because I was so impressed with my experience with this purchase, I scrounged up enough funds to buy one more from RussianSurplus.net...I would have ordered another one of these but out of stock... instead I purchased a steel-reinforced feed-lip Cyrillic character stamp.
Bottom line: trust this website and buy yourself a bakelite while you can.
